Regular City Council Meetings are typically held the first and third Tuesday of the month starting at 5pm in the Citizens Meeting Room in Centennial Hall (124 10th Street). 

Public Comment during regular meetings takes place after staff reports, or at 6pm (whichever comes first). General Public Comment is for items not on that evening's agenda. When called upon by Council President - identify yourself by name and address. All comments are limited to 3 minutes or less.
